Autumn/Winter is a great season for fresh vegetables and warm, hearty dishes.
Our chefs are so inspired by what we bring them everyday from the local farms and suppliers. Below are a sample of what they’ve come up with just for you:
- Seared scallops, Parma ham crisps on snow pea and mint purée
- Pan roasted lamb rump with beetroot and snow peas, drizzled with an anchovy and caper dressing
- A hearty, herb crusted veal chop with potato dauphinoise.
